What is Cock and Ball Torture (CBT)?
Cock and Ball Torture is to inflict mild to severe pain to the penis and balls for sexual pleasure, using various methods via bare hands and different implements. There are different types of CBT – Squeezing, stretching, slapping, nail digging, trampling, kicking, whipping, flogging, caning, wax play, urethral play (sounds and catheters), infusion, needles, electrics.
Squeezing, stretching, slapping, and nail digging
A squeeze of the hand will do for some. For those who need a little more, you can squeeze with one hand and slap the balls with another hand, always from mild to heavy to build up the intensity. Nail digging can be more erotic than aggressive if you are doing it right. There are devices such as spiked ball crushers, and testicle clamps if you want to up your game and push the boundaries.
If you’re up for discomfort but crushing sounds like too much ouch in the pouch, stretching the scrotum might be preferable. Simply put, this consists of pulling the scrotum away from the body. One can do this manually or with devices such as ball stretchers. Ball stretchers are donut-like rings that clamp around the scrotum above the testicles, forcing the testicles downward. Using increasingly larger stretchers causes more extreme discomfort as the testicles are pulled further from the body.
Trampling, kicking
Trampling, meaning having someone step or stomp on the penis, might be of interest to some looking for a different kind of impact. Kicking (also refer as ballbusting) means kicking the balls barefoot or wearing shoes.
Cock trampling requires techniques because of potential penile injuries from the blunt force if doing it incorrectly, regardless if the penis is erect or flaccid. As for ball kicking, the obvious possible adverse effect is testicular trauma. It takes about 50 pounds of direct force to rupture a testicle as they are not protected by muscles and bones. Any blunt force trauma can cause blood clots, cutting off the blood supply to the testes.
Flogging, whipping, caning
Penis and testicles are incredibly fragile, if damaged, there’s a high probability that they won’t fully heal. My advice is: to know your weapons, take it slow, take your time to build up the intensity, and practice with extra caution. If you are new to the kink, find someone who knows the good and the possible bad things about whatever you may want to do. Communicate with your partner, and respect his limits.
Urethra play
An advanced form of cock and ball torture. It is to insert objects into the urethra, mainly sounds made of metal or silicone. Over time they graduate to increasingly larger sounds to expand the urethra. If you want to know more about urethral sounding please check out my other blogs.
Erotic electrostimulation
E-Stim
Electrostimulation is a type of erotic fetish play technique that uses varying degrees of electrical pulses to activate muscle groups and/or nerve endings for the purposes of pleasure. The technology allows participants to quickly and easily experiment with different sensations in a safe, controlled, and consensual manner, the adjustable settings on most devices give different sensations from mild to intense.
Violet Wand
Violet Wands / Violet Rays are essentially electro-medical devices used to treat a whole range of ailments. You turn it on, it starts buzzing, and the glass attachment in the wand handle glows violet. When placed near or next to the skin, a mild to intense prickly sensation can be felt as this energy is discharged around the body. The array of weird and wonderful attachments were designed for different ailments or for different parts of the body.
Advanced CBT
The more advanced cock and ball torture involve needles, skin staplers, catheters, infusion play, and curved sounds such as Van Buren and Guyon. For more information please visit my Medical Fetish Play blogs.
Safe cock and ball torture
I probably make CBT sounds like a recipe for disaster. But it doesn’t have to be. Certainly, more extreme practices carry significant risks, but it’s possible to perform cock and ball torture with safety in mind. Follow precautions, be careful, and maintain open communication with your sexual partners.
Seek medical attention from your healthcare provider immediately if you injure yourself during any BDSM practices. And don’t worry, your healthcare provider has seen it all before.
